Shipping & returns
How long custom orders take, how they ship, and what happens if something arrives wrong.
Production times
DTF tees ship 3–5 business days after proof approval. Sublimated uniform kits run 10–14 business days. Rush production cuts both windows roughly in half and can be added at checkout.
Shipping methods
Ground shipping is $12.50 flat and free on orders over $250. Two-day and overnight are available at cost. Every order ships with tracking to the email on the order.
Returns on custom work
Because every piece is printed to order, custom items are not returnable for size or preference. We do replace anything misprinted, mis-sized against the confirmed proof, or damaged in transit.
Reporting an issue
Email photos to orders@freshinkedapparel.com within 14 days of delivery. We reprint approved claims at no cost and expedite the replacement.
Team order changes
Roster, name, and number changes are free until you approve the proof. After production starts, changes are billed as new pieces.
